All products are subject to availability.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Delivery charges are calculated separately and displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed.
Payment must be received in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
We accept payment through approved payment providers listed on our website.
5. Orders
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to:
Refuse or cancel orders;
Limit quantities purchased;
Cancel orders where pricing or product information is incorrect.
If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.
6. Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom unless otherwise stated.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
You are responsible for ensuring:
Delivery access is suitable for large furniture items;
Measurements of doors, hallways, staircases, and lifts are checked before ordering;
Someone is available to receive the delivery where required.
Additional charges may apply for failed deliveries, re-delivery attempts, or special access requirements.
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.
7. Inspection on Delivery
Please inspect all items upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours of:
Damage;
Missing parts;
Incorrect items.
Photographic evidence may be required to process claims.
Failure to report issues within a reasonable timeframe may affect your rights.
8. Returns and Cancellation Rights
Consumer Cancellation Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for most items purchased online.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
To qualify for a refund:
Items must be unused and in resaleable condition;
Original packaging should be retained where possible;
You must provide proof of purchase.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods or proof of return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for cancellation or return unless faulty:
Made-to-order or bespoke furniture;
Personalised products;
Mattresses or bedding where hygiene seals have been removed.
Return Costs
Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, return delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility.
9. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to:
Repair;
Replacement;
Price reduction;
Refund.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
10. Assembly and Product Use
Some furniture requires self-assembly.
You are responsible for:
Following all assembly instructions carefully;
Using products only for their intended purpose;
Ensuring wall-mounted furniture is installed safely using appropriate fixings.
We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect assembly, misuse, or improper installation.
11. Warranty
Where applicable, warranty details are provided on the relevant product page.
Warranties do not cover:
Normal wear and tear;
Accidental damage;
Improper care or misuse;
Commercial use unless expressly stated.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses;
Loss of profit or business;
Delays outside our reasonable control.
Our total liability relating to any order shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
