Below is a detailed presentation of the basic terms of return and exchange for products and electrical appliances purchased from alfrank:

Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction and provide an exceptional shopping experience

Cancellation of the order:

1- Customers can cancel the purchase before the shipping stage, in which case the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, the refund process will be completed for the customer within a period ranging from one day to seven business days and may extend to twenty days in some cases through direct communication with our customer service.

2- Alfrank store has the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount paid by the customer in the event that the product is not available or in the event of a technical problem.

Replacement and return:

1- In the event of a malfunction or error caused by Alfrank, the company itself bears the shipping costs and replaces the product free of charge

2- If manufacturing errors or malfunctions are found, Alfrank also bears the shipping and replacement costs, provided that we are informed of the problem

Within seven days of receiving the shipment, unless the product has a specific warranty.

3 - The return process is allowed within ten days from the date of purchase or seven days from the date of receipt, while replacement is possible

Within a month from the date of purchase after this period, the amount will be added to the customer's balance to be used in other purchases from the site.

4 - The customer bears the shipping costs and these costs will not be refunded by Alfrank

5 - Returns are accepted only if the product is in its original condition as purchased and wrapped in the original packaging

6 - Alfrank does not accept the return or exchange of coffee products and coffee beans unless they do not match the order

7 - The order amount will be refunded to the customer, minus the shipping cost, within 1 to 21 business days of receiving the order from the customer, depending on the payment method

8 - If a shipping policy is issued to replace or return the product, the customer must deliver the product to the shipping company's office within three business days
